Fred McConkey is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and provides advisory services to clients on acquisitions, development, property management as well as detailed financial analysis. Fred produces professional reports to guide his clients in their decision-making process.
Development

We develop properties on a fee or equity basis, specializing in industrial and suburban office products. We have also developed specialized buildings for owner/users. We develop buildings for our own account as well as for our clients.
Property Management

We manage our own properties and for a select few other owners. We take pride in maintaining our buildings in pristine condition, and we forge long-term service relationships with our tenants. We solve problems quickly and are very responsive to our clients’ needs.
Fred McConkey, CCIM
Fred McConkey has been developing and managing commercial real estate for over 40 years. Shortly after graduating from WSU in finance and economics, Fred developed a new 32-acre facility for the South Seattle Auto Auction (SSAA), the family business. In 1985, the family sold SSAA to GE Capital, where Fred became Senior Vice President of GE Capital Auto Auctions in Chicago and built several auto auction businesses across the United States. In 1990, Fred moved back to Bellevue and began acquiring and developing warehouse and office properties, which he continues to manage today. We hold quality properties for the long term. Our properties are in excellent condition and our tenants are special customers.
Fred was the mayor of the town of Hunts Point, Washington for 14 years and was instrumental in the design and construction of the new SR520 floating bridge spanning Lake Washington.
Fred is now semi-retired and spends time with his family in Hunts Point and Sun Valley.
